Been long time since blogging and soooo much has happened in my life. Some good, some bad, some challenging and some I just plain want to forget about existing.

When I stopped blogging I had former friend and her mom move up here and in with me. Worst mistake of my life! Did that for about 4 yrs and then moved out from there I could not handle the stress and bullshit they were dishing all the time.

Back in 2017 found me back in Bone Gap where I started out when I first moved up here. My brother took ill and I took care of him for the last 3 yrs of his life until he passed. Also during this time I met my husband. (my last Husband, not doing it again.)

Opened up a repair and alteration shop out of my home.

Still have 5 parrots, gained 2 big boxer girls this Dec from a friend who passed, we still have sissy and 2 cats. So I have a full house. Christmas we found out that he is terminal and late stage at that. So now I am just trying to hold it together, keep the house functioning and him taken care of. I think when this is all said and done it will be time for me to invest in me. I have taken care of several that were sick and some dying til I am just worn out from it. So the next chapter in my life is going to be me and the animals.

Recently snowed. yeah the dreaded 4 letter word but that is what we get for living up north. Not ideal when having to walk the girls but it is what it is. I should say they walk me.

But they are really good girls other than they hog the bed on me at night and lord if I get up to go to the bathroom I have to swat butts to make them move because they think just because I moved they can have my spot to.

Recently moved in Dec 25. I got to say I love the house. Much better than where we were at because we moved from Bone Gap to West Frankfort and was there for 2 yrs. I hated it and the place we lived in. Plus I was recovering from shoulder surgery so never opened up my shop there. As soon as I can get a storage shed set up in the back and get my sewing room emptied then  I will be able to get it back up and open. Shouldn't take long to get clients to start coming back.
